Mediation
Paul W. Thorndal is active in the Bay Area mediation community, participating regularly in the Bay Area Mediation Roundtable, and all attorneys at Wald & Thorndal receive training in mediation. We stand ready to act as mediators for parties attempting to resolve their family law disputes without litigation. We are also available to consult with and advise clients who are engaged in mediation elsewhere, to assure that they fully understand their legal options and the legal repercussions of the choices they are making.
